Welcome to AWSM Engraving! By placing an order through our website or directly with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to read them

1. Custom Orders:

All our products are custom-made with care based on the specifications you provide. It's
important that you provide accurate and complete information when placing your order— this includes text, design files, sizing, materials, and any other relevant details.


Design Proofs

  • A digital proof or sample image will be sent for your approval (if requested or applicable).
  • Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.
  • AWSM Engraving is not responsible for errors found after approval, including spelling mistakes or sizing issues.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required before we begin production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments via [list payment methods you accept, e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer].
  • All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may change without notice.

3. Production & Turnaround Time:

  • Standard turnaround time is [X] business days from payment and proof approval.

  • Turnaround time may vary depending on order size, material availability, and project complexity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local pickup from Broadford, Victoria by appointment.
  • Some products will need to be shipped via courier due to their size, weight, or fragility. These will require a separate shipping quote, which we will provide after your order is placed.
  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • AWSM Engraving is not liable for any delays or damage caused during shipping by third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

All items are custom-made to order — as such:

  • All sales are final.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  • If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it and include photos of the issue.

6. Materials & Limitations

  • Laser engraving and cutting may produce minor imperfections, such as edge burn, colour variation, or texture differences, depending on the material.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure top quality, small variations may occur as part of the handmade process.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You confirm that any designs, logos, or images you provide are your own or you have permission to use them.
  • AWSM Engraving reserves the right to refuse any design that may violate copyright or trademark laws or is considered inappropriate.

8. Promotional Use

  • We love showcasing our work! We may take photos of your completed project for use on our website or social media.
  • If you'd prefer to keep your order private, just let us know when you place it.

9. Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
  • AWSM Engraving is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

10. Updates to These Terms
